Refrigerated Water Bath

Our Cooling water baths are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our serological water
baths is constructed out of thick PCRC/Gl steel sheet, duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and
powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss304. Heating system is provided in our water bath. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the
chamber through natural water convection mechanism, ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity The
cooling coils are brazed to the outer side of S.S. chamber thus ensuring perfect and uniform cooling. Insulation is done with thick glass wool/PUF to prevent any heat loss. For aiaining the temp. below ambient, the refrigeration is done through CFC FREE hermetically sealed compressor and & for attaining the
temp. above ambient, heating is done with immersion type healing element .Fitted with stirrer for temperature uniformity throughout the chamber. Temperature range is from 5°C to 90°C is controlled Digital
temp. indicator cum controller with an accuracy of ±0.5″C. To work on 220/230 volts AC supply. The
unit is also fitted with a FHP PUMP for circulating the cooled liquid to an external source such as condenser coils, etc
